Gillette's and Groves' profile pictures

Are there any better pictures that we can use for Gillette and Groves? Their current profile pics have them squinting which don't make very good intro pictures in my opinion. Please note that this is simply my opinion and nothing real needs to be done. I'm just voicing a suggestion.
