The Black Pearl also being the Queen Anne's Revenge[]
Is the Sunset really going to be the Black Pearl AND the Queen Anne's Revenge in Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides? I think it's kinda cool, the Pearl was AWESOME in Pirates 2 and Pirates 3. But won't the fact that 1 "real world" ship will play 2 "pirate movie" ships cause the sea battles to be taken? I'm not sure if I could go with it. I understand that they have to lower the budget, but they could AT LEAST put one ship battle in Pirates 4(just because every other POTC film had some type of battle with the ships). - In The Curse of the Black Pearl, the Pearl wasn't a real ship at all. She was portrayed by a simple floating barge, and they still made a wonderfull sea battle between the Pearl and the Interceptor. Maybe they will once again use this barge to portray the Pearl in POTC 4 to make a battle between the Pearl and the Queen Anne's Revenge.--Uskok 18:17, May 8, 2010 (UTC)
I knew that the Pearl wasn't a real ship in POTC 1(I may have accidentally twist my words around, sorry). But yes, hopefully they will use the barge and the Sunset to make a battle scene between the Pearl and the Queen Anne's Revenge just like the battle between the Pearl and the Interceptor(but better). I heard that there'd be only Quenn Anna's Revenge and no Black Pearl. Sunset is really going to play Blackbeard's ship, cause they have remodelt her from the Black Pearl to Anna's Revenge.
