This man was a royal marine and served aboard the HMS Dauntless. When the ship anchored at Isla de Muerta, he stayed aboard and guarded the door to Elizabeth Swann's cabin. Governor Weatherby Swann wanted to talk with his daughter and therefore he ordered the sentry to leave this post. He obviously participated in the battle aboard the Dauntless, but it is unknown wheather he survived.
