- "Despearate disease..."
"Requires desperate remedy." - ―Angelica and Jack Sparrow
The River Thames was a river in southern England. It was the longest river entirely in England and the second longest river in Great Britain. The river was most notably known for flowing through the city of London. The Blackwall Yard was one of the best shipyards on the river during the first half of the 18th century. In 1750, during a skirmish in the Captain's Daughter tavern, Jack Sparrow and Angelica both escaped from the Royal Guard by going through a trap door which led them into the Thames River, with Sparrow losing his hat in the process.
