This man was a priest who worked for Pig and Beatrice Kelly.
Biography
The Priest was present at Jack Sparrow and Beatrice Kelly's wedding. Jack refused to marry her, but ending up accidentally saying 'I do'. Before they could marry, however, Hector Barbossa and his crew arrived to rescue Jack. Barbossa shot Pig Kelly, and the priest fled with Beatrice.
