- Long articles do not necessarily = good articles. This needs to be less of a plot summary, more a concise reflection of Ragetti's character and history - Captain Kwenn – Talk 14:25, 4 August 2007 (UTC)
- Ragetti is a relatively minor character, there is not much "reflection" on his character in the movies. Besides, there is a personality section. Also, this is an article on a character, not a movie. There can't be a plot summary, unless your're refering to the Biography, which is the history, which you say there needs to be more of. Seems a little redundant. And you are correct in saying that long articles are not always good articles, however, long, well organized, well written, and detailed articles, that give a full view of the subject matter, are good articles. I have made sure that I have not relayed the entire plot of the movies into the article, as you recommended, but as not much attention is given specifically to Ragetti, he is a relatively minor character after all, it is difficult to focus specifically on him, instead of on those around him.--Lord Cutler BeckettPort Royal 14:47, 4 August 2007 (UTC)
- If there isn't much "reflection", then there shouldn't be much of an article; don't add details that aren't required. Yes, he's a relatively minor character, but that doesn't mean you focus on other aspects of the plot instead; you simply focus on what Ragetti does, and leave all other details for other pages.
