  • Hi!

I know I said I had no questions for Chris Schweizer, and I still haven’t read the comics he wrote, however maybe you could ask him about the fate he had planned for Lieutenants Groves and Gillette.

  • Could you please create pages of all the unnamed crew of the Queen Anne's Revenge in On Stranger Tides?

  • It's possible the Black Dog did appear in Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales, even if it was for just a few seconds or in a deleted scene. There are a few behind the scenes photos with Alexander Scheer/Young Teague at the helm of some pirate ship. I just sent a few questions to the artist, Jeremy Love, and we'll see what he has to say.

    • Okay. That's good

P.D.: It could be possible to make a PotC 6 article considering that the Indiana Jones Wiki has one for Indy 5? I think we could post news related a sixth installment there :)

    • For the time being I would rather make a subsection titled 'Sequel' in the DMTNT article.

    • Okay, that's fine. But I asked Mr. Rossio via Twitter about news of him and Ted and Jeff writing the film and he revealed that these news have fake sources because he is not involved in the sixth film

  • Unfortunately, a lot of content in the article comes from a very unreliable source, a user who liked to put fanon in the articles and who did a lot of damage to the Wiki a few years ago. Therefore, I will have to ask you NOT to make any articles about the characters, locations, organizations, etc, from the game. I will have the article cleaned sooner or later.

  • A piece of fiction set in one universe cannot determine the rules for the piece of fiction set in another universe. Just because gods cannot be killed in Percy Jackson & the Olympians doesn't mean the same in Pirates of the Caribbean.

Sorry. I would have supposed it. I added the Percy Jackson & the Olympians reference because one was present in the Behind the scenes section of Blackbeard's page.

But outside Percy, it's also believed that gods can't be killed, or not. For me it seems strange to say that Poseidon could have died. But I would need to ask Jeff Nathanson about that matter, because he wrote the film. Unfortunately, he doesn't have Faceboor nor Twitter.

      Regardings ;)

  • Where did you find the info about Teague originally being intended to appear at the beginning of AWE?

  • Hi, X9 Android,

I contacted Uskok for the source, which explaines Mayor Dix to be an (Ex-) Navy-member. He told me, you're the one, who found that explanation in the novelization of DMTNT. I own both of them (Rudnick [US] as well as Ehrbar [UK]). But in none of them I can find that Mayor Dix is or was a member of the Royal Navy.

Please, be so kind as to name me the page, on which this is explained.

    Greetings

    Gundolf

      Hi dear Gundolf60,

I understand your doubts about Mayor Dix. Sadly, the Amazon preview were I read about Dix's backstory is no longer available or the pages thqat revealed his backstory are not more availabe. But I don't know if Uskok had bought the book, so you can ask him about that matter.

      Thanks and Greetings!

    • Hi, dear X9 Android,

I understand, you haven't found this information by yourself in one of the mentioned books. I read both books and there is no definite statement of Mayor Dix as a Navy-member. It seems the Amazon preview wasn`t correct in this term (and maybe has been deleted therefore).

Do you agree that the category "Britsih Royal Navy" is not confirmed for Mayor Dix?

      Greetings

  • "However, the destruction of the trident also resurrected and brought back to life the fearsome Davy Jones, the former captain of the Dutchman, who was previously killed by Will during the Battle of Calypso's maelstrom in the 1730s, desirous of revenge against the Turners."

Hi there. I noticed this part of the "Battle at Poseidon's Tomb" page that you wrote in which I'd like to say we don't know for sure if this is the case or even if Davy Jones will truly return in a possible 6th film. This is just one of the many theories that people came up with. I think said statement should be rewritten in a way that isn't classified as a theory. Other than that, good job on creating the page!
