Maximo is a member of the Cursed crew. Like the rest of the crew, he participated in Barbossa's mutiny and later, he became cursed after taking some Aztec gold. He is often seen in the background. He is a short pirate dressed in yellow, he was seen with Clubba during the raid on Port Royal. He and the rest of the Crew attack on the Dauntless. When the curse is lifted he surrendered to the Navy.
