James Arnold Taylor

James Arnold Taylor (born July 22, 1969 in Santa Barbara, California, USA) is an American voice actor. He voiced Captain Jack Sparrow in Kingdom Hearts II, and voiced several characters in Pirates of the Caribbean: The Legend of Jack Sparrow, including Marty and Cotton's parrot.
