Ho-Kwan Tse is a Japanese actor. He portrayed two characters in the Pirates of the Caribbean films. In Dead Man's Chest, he portrayed a minor a pirate who served under Jack Sparrow's crew named Ho-Kwan. In At World's End, he portrayed Hadras, a character previously portrayed by Reggie Lee in Dead Man's Chest, first identified as "Headless".

• The character Ho-Kwan wasn't recognizable until Gore Verbinski mentioned his contribution in appearing in Dead Man's Chest in the audio commentary of the film's deleted scenes.^[1]
