I found this extract of the Code in a Pirates of the Caribbean 2008 Album;
These Artycles of Agreement being a Concorde of lyke minded Marauders, Thieves, and Cutthroats ans Scoundrels, hear-bye shall serve as the bynding guidelines for the Proper Behayvior and Conduct of our Sea-faring lyves brief and cruel as they may be, so say on this date the Pirate Lords of the Brethren Court, and to all who affix their names to This Code, know that by it ye must Abide or Parish. These plankes we laye downe for our Villainous Creed of Pylfering Plunder from all Shippes at sea. Add your Marks here only if hard-bound ye be to hold fast to This Code, a Pyrate's Lyfe to leade.
I just thought it was quite interesting. Maybe we should add it to the end of the article about the Code (no pun intended).

- Very interesting find. If you add it, it should probably have a section near the front as it sounds like a preamble.
