The Undead Spanish were sailors who lost their lives in battle with the French, risen again as servants of Jolly Roger.

History[]

As more and more privateers sailing under the Spanish flag fell during the struggle for the Caribbean, Jolly Roger raised them from the dead and enlisted them for his own sinister purposes. The Spanish Undead haunted Cutthroat Isle, roaming the graveyards that were built on the beach and in the jungle, as well as sailing in ghostly War Sloops that patrolled the waters surrounding the island. They were commanded by Tomás Blanco, the twin brother of the French Undead commander, Jacques le Blanc.

The Spanish Undead were among Jolly Roger's brigades of skeletons that invaded Port Royal, Tortuga, and Padres del Fuego. They were also known to frequent the shack in Rat's Nest where the skeletons gathered to play games of poker.
