Paula Jane Newman, sometimes credited as Paula J. Newman is an actress as well as a clean comic, motivational speaker, meditation instructor, chronic pain warrior, voice over actor and nonprofit founder. Paula J. Newman portrayed Estrella in Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl.
Biography[]
British Transplant to the United States in her teens and graduate of Carnegie Mellon School of Acting, Paula began her teen career as a singer/improv troupe member in England, then touring southern England with Theatre in Education Groups, Edinburgh Fringe Festival and then attaining the LAMDA Gold Medal Award. She would later go on to play the maid, Estrella, in Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl.
As of 2017, she has had seventeen credits as miscellaneous crew, nine as an actress and two as sound department.
