Seen here in Jonathan Prime's photograph, the dark, wooded storage room of the Captain's Daughter—so much larger than the diminutive pub itself—became a fun-filled arena for an action sequence involving a swordfight between two Captain Jacks (one real, the other an impostor). "Rob Marshall and the screenwriters, Ted and Terry, had this amazing idea that it was a fight between two Jack Sparrows," Myhre recalls. "So we started to design the storage room with a lot of reflective surfaces, lots of pounded copper, and we thought it would be interesting to light the set with a big fire pit in the middle of the room."
