Alexander Hugh "Alex" Norton (born January 27, 1950) is a Scottish actor. He was probably best known for his roles as DCI Matt Burke in Taggart, and Eddie in the Renford Rejects. Alex Norton portrayed Captain Bellamy in Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest.
