A Revolting Development! is a comic short story published in the May 2004 Disney Adventures, set in the Pirates of the Caribbean world and published under the Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl title.
Synopsis[]
Revolution has come to the Isle of Lusee. Captain Jack Sparrow and Will Turner are leading the revolution. They gather a bunch of island residents and lead an attack on the local fort. They quickly manage to capture the island's governor.
Soon after, Jack and Will find the island treasury where all of the islanders' gold is hidden. Jack considers taking all the gold, but decides against it. He then frees the island's prisoners and they all carry out the gold. The islanders decide that Jack, being the hero of the revolution, should get the largest share of the gold.
