"Make ready! Set! Fire!"
―The lieutenant to his soldiers[src]

This man was a second lieutenant in the East India Trading Company.

Nothing is known of the man's early life, other than that he joined the East India Trading Company at an unspecified point and became a second lieutenant. Under Lord Cutler Beckett, the man was stationed in Singapore near Pirate Lord Sao Feng's bath house, in charge of a squad of Company soldiers.

This Lieutenant fought in the battle at Singapore between the Company and Sao Feng's pirates. On his orders, his squad formed a surpression group and fired on Sao Feng's pirates killing several men. Before he could give the order to fire a second time, an explosion caused by Tia Dalma sent him and his entire squad into the water.
