Davy Jones Plays His Organ is a musical piece composed by Hans Zimmer for Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest, though it was not included on the film's soundtrack. It can, however, be found in Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest: Easy Piano Solo.

Various refrains are used throughout the film: while Jones is playing his pipe organ on the Flying Dutchman during the scene where William "Bootstrap Bill" Turner is reunited with his son; during the scene where the Dutchman's crew plays Liar's dice, then stops abruptly when William Turner challenges Jones; and as part of a medley over the end credits.

It appears once more, briefly, in Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End, where Davy Jones play his organ after the Flying Dutchman destroys a pirate fleet.
