Behind the scenes
"We have two more vials to collect. One from Chevalle, and one from the Pirate Lord of the Black Sea, whoever that is at the moment."
Jack Sparrow[src]

The Black Sea was an inland sea between southeastern Europe and Anatolia. It was actually a distant arm of the Atlantic Ocean by way of the Mediterranean Sea. It was connected to the Mediterranean by the Bosporus and the Sea of Marmara, and to the Sea of Azov by the Strait of Kerch. The notorious pirate Jack Sparrow sailed across the Black Sea at some point before he joined the East India Trading Company.[1] Ammand the Corsair was the Pirate Lord of the Black Sea during the Fourth Brethren Court.
